I come from a close-knit, Irish-Catholic family of educators and alumni of Good Shepherd. My 14 year journey as a student in the Catholic school system began at St. Rose of Lima, traveled down the peninsula to St. Francis de Sales, and finally across the bridge to St. Edmund Prep. My ambition to teach took a brief detour while I attended the University at Buffalo, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree, followed by a few years of work in graphic design.

I finally started my career in education at the height of the pandemic. After the quarantine, I left my house and found myself at a new home - Good Shepherd Catholic Academy. Here, I created an Art curriculum and taught it to students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Now I am a 7th Grade Homeroom, Science, and Social Studies teacher. I also teach Art to students in 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades as it is my favorite subject and my true passion.

While my time here at Good Shepherd so far has been short, it has proven to be a wonderful experience and is developing into an incredibly fulfilling vocation.
